01 / Technical scope

One interface for public records.

The backend exposes 54 registered API routes, connecting domain-specific public records to a web interface. The project joins data from sources that differ in identifiers, update cycles, and formats.

Rust and Axum support the backend, while Next.js provides the frontend. The ingestion work involves parsing large source datasets, normalizing records, and preparing them for querying.

02 / Verification

Measured data processing.

Point-in-time verification runs processed more than 90 million FEC source rows and wrote more than 19 million canonical rows. These numbers describe tested ingestion runs, not a claim about current production scale.

The main engineering challenge is not just data volume. It is preserving traceability while transforming diverse public records into consistent structures that a researcher can inspect.
